Orders Processing time

We process and ship orders from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Orders placed after working hours will be processed on the next business day.

All orders within Nairobi and its environs will be shipped within same day to 2 days between Monday-Saturday, 9 am-5 pm. 

Orders outside Nairobi but within Kenya will be shipped between 2-3 working days. International orders are shipped within 3-7 days.

You will receive a call or message once your parcel is dispatched. Kindly ensure your contact details and delivery location are correct during checkout.

Shipping Rates

The rates charged for the shipping of your order is based on the region/geographical location that you’re in.

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays.

We’ll communicate any unforeseen delays promptly.
